Special school information
Support schools and special schools (special schools) are especially designed for children and young people with learning disabilities. Children and adolescents with learning disabilities usually have limited educational opportunities, development and learning potentials. In addition to physically or mentally handicapped signs, children and teenagers are also taught to be seriously educationable.
There are numerous special support schools which are suitable for blind, visually impaired, deaf, hard of hearing, physically handicapped, mentally handicapped, disabled or language-handicapped.
Special school services
The special school is intended for children and adolescents with learning disabilities who are mentally or physically handicapped, or are difficult to educate. Most support schools specialise in disability, so there are schools for mentally handicapped, physically handicapped, deaf, hearing impaired, disabled, language-handicapped, blind or deaf-blind.
In the past, support schools and special schools were also called secondary schools or school-poor.
