Support schools and special schools (special schools) are especially designed for children and young people with learning disabilities. Children and adolescents with learning disabilities usually have limited educational opportunities, development and learning potentials. Special school services
The special school is intended for children and adolescents with learning disabilities who are mentally or physically handicapped, or are difficult to educate. Most support schools specialise in disability, so there are schools for mentally handicapped, physically handicapped, deaf, hearing impaired, disabled, language-handicapped, blind or deaf-blind.
In the past, support schools and special schools were also called secondary schools or school-poor.
