Der Richter unterlies es unachtsamer und verantwortungsloser Weise in dem Erstgespräch der zu Betreuenden, die auch Antragstellerin war, zu erklären, was sich hinter dem Wort

The Guardianship Court is a division of the District Court. In accordance with the procedure in family matters and in the matters of the Voluntary Jurisdiction, the Guardianship Court is responsible for the matters of accommodation and care for adults.
