Jahrtausend und zu Corona-Zeiten. Unfreundlich. Aber immerhin tat sie es und tut es. Der Richter unterlies es unachtsamer und verantwortungsloser Weise in dem Erstgespräch der zu Betreuenden, die auch Antragstellerin war, zu erklären, was sich hinter dem Wort

District court information
As the authority of ordinary jurisdiction, district courts have most locations in Germany. District courts are regularly subordinated to a regional court.
Civil proceedings (eg dunning proceedings, register management) and criminal proceedings (with "smaller" imprisonments to be expected) are negotiated in the District Court. The tasks are regulated in the Gerichtsverfassungsgesetz.
