Ice hockey information

Ice Hockey is a team's sport which is delivered between two teams with five players and a goalkeeper on the ice. The ice fiel is about 60 x 30 m. Aim is to push the puck with racquets in the opposing gate. Basis forms the control book of the Internationally Ice hockey Federation (IIHF).

The popular sport comes from Canada where the first ice hockey play took place in 1875 in Montreal. In Germany there are numerous ice hockey clubs. The Eisbären Berlin are known among other things. The plays of the German hockey league (DEL) are in popular.
