The gym is also known as a sports studio or fitness center. Here you will find sports equipment that can be used for training strength and stamina. The training for muscle building and physical fitness is generally used.

Before you log in to the gym, you should consider what you want to use for membership: There are equipment for endurance training and muscle building, but also fitness courses and wellness offers such as sauna. Depending on what and how you would like to train, you should choose the appropriate gym.

The gym (also known as sports studio, fitness centre) was formerly “Mukkibude” in Germany. There are course fitness equipment with which you can train certain muscle groups (e.g. stomach, legs, butt, arms, shoulders).

Courses for general fitness, yoga, workout, pilates and muscle building in the group are regularly offered at the gym. Also, there is usually the possibility to complete a rehearsal training with a fitness trainer.
