Bin gerade am Ende eines Rechtsstreits und kann nur sagen: Habe selten so viel Inkompetenz erlebt. Nur ein Beispiel: Es wurde vor Gericht vereinbart und protokolliert, dass die Prozesskosten gehälftet und jeweils ein Teil von der gegnerischen Partei getragen werden. Jetzt habe ich vor einigen Tagen das Schreiben mit den Gerichtskosten bekommen und durfte erstmal zurückschreiben. Warum? Weil hier die Kosten nicht gehälftet wurden.
